Learn How to Meditate for Focus and Improve Mental Fitness

Why not give yourself the gift of meditation? We have a 4 week course starting Tuesday 4th of June with Liz O'Dea from 7:00PM - 8:00PM at My Yoga Waterford. Some of the many benefits of Meditation are: Increased Relaxation, Reduces Stress, Improves Memory, Increases Focus, Stimulates Creativity, to name just a few.

Lengthen, Strengthen, & Restore

Join Rachel O'Keeffe & Eamonn Rockett, for a wonderful workshop on Saturday 15th of June from 11:30AM - 2:00PM. Beginning with a strong flowing practice, with a focus on coupling strength and flexibility, before slowing down and taking time to restore both body and mind with a nice and long restorative practice.

Sunday Sanctuary Workshop

Take some time out for you and come to Martina Avery’s Sunday Sanctuary Workshop at My Yoga. This workshop is suitable for everyone who wants to take a little “me time” to relax, restore and renew themselves from the inside out.
We will start with a grounding and mindfulness breath practice, then moving into a steady yoga flow using our body and our breath.
We will then take a short break and return to a floor practice of Yin/restorative yoga working on the heart meridian to nourish and create inner calmness in our body to guide us gently into a deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra.
